Carbon Fiber Bi-Directional Fabric, manufactured from high-strength carbon fiber tows, is precision-woven with fibers oriented at 0°/90° or ±45° angles to provide balanced reinforcement in two directions . It delivers excellent tensile strength (up to 2,900 MPa in Toray BT70 series), high torsional resistance, and superior flexibility for complex mold shapes . Available in plain or twill weaves with weights ranging from 200 g/m² to 450 g/m², it ensures consistent resin impregnation and reliable composite processing . Ideal for structural strengthening, seismic retrofitting, automotive components, aerospace parts, wind energy blades, and high-performance sporting goods
